The history of XulT GmbH began in 2000, when the company was founded as a sole proprietorship under the name xhuber. From the very beginning, our focus has been on IT consulting, with a particular specialization in SAP systems. Over the years, we have successfully completed numerous projects and established ourselves as a reliable partner for complex IT solutions.

The company’s expansion, which began in 2014, marked a new chapter in our history. In 2016, we changed our company name from xhuber GmbH to XulT GmbH. Our name combines the terms “xhuber”, “IT” and “Consulting”, reflecting both our origins and our core competencies.

At the heart of our business is specialized IT consulting in the SAP environment. Our extensive experience and technical expertise enable us to develop customized, sustainable solutions tailored to our clients’ individual requirements.

An important milestone in our company’s development was joining the SAP PartnerEdge program in 2018. Since then, we have also been operating our own SAP systems, allowing us to demonstrate solutions to our clients in a practical environment and explore new technologies.

In addition to our long-standing expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), we have strategically expanded our service portfolio to include electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing). We support businesses in digitalizing and automating their processes, as well as implementing modern electronic invoicing solutions.

Our team has grown steadily over the years. While twelve employees were working in SAP consulting in 2024, our consulting team has grown to 15 consultants in 2026.
We are particularly proud of the linguistic and cultural diversity within our team. Our employees represent five different native languages and are able to communicate in a total of eight languages. This international expertise facilitates effective collaboration with clients and project teams across countries and language barriers.

In addition to professional expertise, we place great importance on continuous learning, personal initiative and a willingness to embrace new technologies and challenges.

We deliberately focus on building long-term client relationships rather than maximizing the number of clients we serve. Many of our partnerships have lasted for numerous years and are characterized by mutual trust, close personal collaboration and a deep understanding of our clients’ business processes.

By working with a carefully selected group of clients, we can provide personalized support, direct communication and a high level of continuity. Our consultants understand not only the technical systems but also the specific requirements, workflows and business processes of our clients.
